“IRIS APARTMENTS” is a modern residential building of high aesthetics, extremely impressive and imposing.

“Iris Apartments” name came from the goddess Iris who was in Greek mythology the ‘goddess of the rainbow’ and the magic of the spectrum of the seven colors that make up visible light.

It is located in a privileged area of ​​the Southern Suburbs, embracing the Municipality of Kallithea and the Municipality of Moschato-Tavros with direct access to the metro stations of Kallithea and Tavros, the extensive public transport network and the large local market.

The choice of the site was not at all random, on the contrary it was the one that triggered the design directions of the project.
In a privileged location with South-East orientation, great emphasis was placed on the positioning of the building for the full use of the bright abundant natural light. We tried to design a dynamic building of special aesthetics and functionality that faithfully follows modern trends.

“Iris Apartments” consists of bright apartments of two (2) rooms, maisonettes of two (2) or three (3) rooms as well as bright floor apartments of three (3) or four (4) rooms, in one of the most upcoming residential areas of Athens, combining the benefits of the Center with the virtues of the Southern suburbs.

The inspiration for the design and the main pursuit of the architectural approach and study were the clear lines in the structure of the building that came from the creation of horizontal and vertical volumes, in white and dark color, to stand out from the rest of the walls of the building.

Following the modern trends, this building, as a product of a complex and productive process, led to a solid and visually impressive result, with the choice of colors, the use of glass in the facade, the large openings that dominate the apartments and the clear volumes placed on the balconies, to help perfectly in this, highlighting the dynamic appearance of the building through a harmonious combination of high aesthetics, quality and modern materials.
